Accounting SupervisorNatalie Lue with Robert Half is partnering with a well-established accounting services firm seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and overseeing the full accounting cycle.Responsibilities:Full-charge bookkeeping for multiple clientsManage AP, AR, and account reconciliationsProcess payroll and support payroll-related inquiries (Paychex, ADP, or similar platforms a plus)Prepare financial statements, reporting, and analysisSupervise, mentor, and review the work of accounting staffServe as a trusted point of contact for clientsThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working directly with clients, and making a visible impact within a growing organization.
