Accounting Supervisor
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team
Help prioritize work and redistribute responsibilities based on workload and backlogs
Monitor AP workflow to ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
Serve as the internal escalation point for payment, vendor, and service-related issues
Provide hands-on Accounts Payable support when additional coverage is needed
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Establish structure, accountability, and clear expectations across the AP function
Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:
• Strong experience managing accounting and accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
• Previous experience leading or mentoring accounting staff and supporting the month-end close process
