Accounts & Invoice Operations Administrative CoordinatorHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a detail-oriented Accounts & Invoice Operations Administrative Coordinator to support one of our valued client partners within the beauty industry.This part-time, onsite contract opportunity is designed for an administrative professional who understands invoice processing, accounts-related workflows, ERP systems, payment processing, and accurate data entry. The selected candidate will work approximately 28 hours per week at the company's Los Angeles headquarters.This is an English-language position. Korean bilingual skills are not required.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, file, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.Enter invoice information accurately and consistently into the designated ERP platform.Submit and track invoices through established internal accounting workflows.Process and manage payments using Bill.com.Review invoice information for completeness and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up.Maintain organized electronic and physical financial documentation.Support purchase order and accounts-related administrative processes as assigned.Perform general administrative duties supporting day-to-day headquarters operations.Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment documentation.Required Qualifications2–4 years of administrative experience, including exposure to accounts, invoicing, or financial administration.Practical experience working with an ERP or accounting platform such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or a comparable system.Familiarity with Bill.com and electronic payment workflows.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to organize invoices, documentation, and multiple administrative priorities.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative office environment.Must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles and reliably report onsite.Preferred QualificationsAccounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience.Experience processing purchase orders and related invoice workflows.Previous administrative experience within beauty, cosmetics, retail, consumer products, or a related industry.Stronger-than-basic Excel capabilities.Experience supporting accounting or Finance teams in a headquarters environment.HireNow PackageCompensation: $22.00 per hourSchedule: Approximately 28 hours per week | Flexible part-time scheduleEmployment Type: Part-Time | Open-Ended ContractWork Location: Onsite – Los Angeles, CaliforniaLanguage: English | Korean bilingual skills are not required.Applicant Requirements: Candidates must be based within commuting distance of Los Angeles and able to work onsite as scheduled.Start Date: The originally provided anticipated start date was July 6, 2026.
