We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
nResponsibilities:
nnHandle customer inquiries.
nProvide information about the products and services
nManage customer accounts.
nDocument and update customer records based on interactions
nDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
n nQualifications:
nnPrevious aviation experience in customer service, and repair administration .
nAbility to build rapport with clients
nSelf Motivated
nAbility to prioritize and multitask
nPositive and professional demeanor
nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
