Job description
Seeking an accounting professional with strong general ledger, journal entry, and inventory purchase order accounting experience . This role is heavily focused on processing and reconciling inventory-driven purchase orders through three-way matching (PO, receiving, and invoice documentation), ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, payment runs, and maintaining audit-ready records. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of inventory transactions, AP operations, month-end close support, GL impact of inventory purchases, and journal entries , along with the ability to work closely with finance leadership and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Strong General Ledger (GL) and journal entry experience.
Extensive experience with inventory item-driven purchase orders and three-way matching.
Inventory invoice reconciliation and vendor account management.
Accounts payable processing and payment execution.
Month-end close support and audit-ready documentation.
Ability to investigate and resolve inventory and vendor discrepancies. xzgxqkn
Strong attention to detail and understanding of how inventory transactions impact financial reporting.
