In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while supporting teams across the organization. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and partnering with internal stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.As An Accounts Payable Associate, You Will:Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently to support timely paymentsResearch and resolve invoice exceptions within the Xign systemMonitor and manage invoice exception queues, including missing information, invalid data, and vendor-related discrepanciesReview and resolve image processing exceptions to maintain workflow accuracyServe as a primary point of contact for branch offices, regional teams, and vendorsManage and respond to inquiries through the vendor services inboxSet up new vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor recordsCollect W-9 documentation and assist with 1099-related research and compliance activitiesMatch and approve vendor records within the invoicing systemMaintain vendor file updates, including inactive vendor managementSupport additional accounts payable and administrative projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsExperience with Great Plains, Excel, or electronic invoicing systems is preferredWhy Join Us?At Maxim, we value the contributions of our team members and offer a supportive environment where you can build your skills and advance your career.
