This role requires review of accuracy of invoice detail against approved Purchase Order and routing of non-PO backed invoices for approval based on appropriate workflow.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing and ensuring invoices have been billed accurately by comparing the invoice to the approved Purchase Order and receipt of inventory on the PO in accordance with Company threshold guidanceEnsures non-PO backed invoices are approved accurately in the workflow systemEnsures invoice is captured accurately in invoice workflow systemCompares invoice to Purchase order and routes invoices with pricing discrepancies to appropriate approval workflowReviews invoice to ensure accurate capture of Purchase Order receipts within invoice workflow system and resolves errorsRoutes invoices not related to a Purchase Order to appropriate approval workflow within invoice workflow systemSkills, Knowledge and Ability RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED2+ years of Accounts Payable related experienceAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBasic Excel skills required for problem solvingEffective written and verbal communication skillsSolid time management and organizational skillsStrong team playerWhat OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed
