Accounts Payable ClerkAmbassador Resources is a talent recruiting and placement firm based in the northeastern United States, built on the core belief that when our job is done right, employers and job seekers both benefit over the long run. Our client is looking for an accounts payable clerk to join their company located near Bridgewater, NJ. This position assists the controller in all facets of accounts payable including invoice entry, electronic invoicing and payment, system maintenance, check production, statement reconciliation and year end reporting.Responsibilities include:Enter and pay bills for all vendors & subcontractorsCategorize bills from email and document in standard company formatScan & organize hard copy bills & receipts for standard documentationEnter bills into QuickBooks financial fileDownload monthly statements from vendors and reconcileSend copies of vendor invoices to warehouse manager for reviewEnter credit card transactions and review daily activityEnter check requests for customer refundsRequirements:Associates degree with 2+ years' experience in accounts payableDemonstrated experience with ERP systems, as well as MS Excel
