Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable ClerkCardinal Staffing is partnered with a transportation and produce warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. who is currently looking to add an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerk to their growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will work with other members of the department to ensure accurate billing and payment to carriers for services are rendered. The Accounts Payable clerk would be working a 1st shift schedule, working Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. This is a long term opportunity within a team oriented environment. Pay rate would start at $23 with growth opportunities available.Duties/Responsibilities:• Billing• Carrier Payments• Printing, distributing, and replying to emails as required.• Reconcile Vendor Statements• Contact vendors.• Contact other branch offices.• Answer phones and answer questions of caller.• Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks and to ask co-workers for assistance when appropriate.• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.• Excellent attendance is required.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
