Accounts Payable SpecialistResponsibilities· Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs· Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors· Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements· Facilitate payment of invoicesRequirements· Business Associates Degree or 2 years experience in a related area· Highly organized and detail-oriented· Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills preferred· Basic data entry skills· Good listening and communication skills· Confidentiality and integrityJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associates Degree (Preferred)
