Accounts Payable ClerkThe Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Doylestown! We offer a top-tier benefits package to all full-time employees, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K plus company match, Employee Referral Bonuses and Paid Vacation.Become part of the Faulkner Family and join our team!Job ResponsibilitiesCode invoices and remit them to the office dailyReview prior month's parts reconciliation and follow reconciling items to fruitionCompile all documents for proper month end reconciliation and review with Parts Manager, General Manager, and Office ManagerKeep record of dirty and clean cores as well as follow through with returnsCollect PFR amountsAssist in internet function when necessaryRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentPrior accounts payable experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive industry or in retail accounting officeStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet all deadlinesMust have the ability to work well with all levels of staff and managementEffective organization and prioritization skillsExcellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are a mustExperience with MS Excel, Word and OutlookThe typical schedule for an Accounts Payable Clerk is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.About FaulknerThe Faulkner Automotive Group is a family-owned and -operated automotive group serving Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania with the best vehicles and services.
