Accounts Payable ClerkThe position:Do you have a strong interest in accounting, the ability to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously, and exceptional customer service skills? As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will hold a critical position in the company by making sure we are staying up to date on all of our bills! In this position you will do things like:Work in office 40 hours per weekReview and verify all invoices for appropriate approvalScan and enter invoices into accounting systemReview vendor statements and work with vendors to research and correct differencesMail checks to vendorsOther assigned dutiesWhat makes you successful:A successful Accounts Payable Clerk needs to have:A strong interest in AccountingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office products and other computer skillsA high degree of accuracy and attention to detailData entry skillsWho we are:The Clyde Companies have been around for almost 100 years.
