Payables Clerk – Automotive DealershipLocation: DeMontrond Automotive – The Woodlands, TXFamily-owned since 1953, DeMontrond Automotive Group is known for integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. We're looking for a detail-oriented Payables Clerk to join our Accounting team.Key Responsibilities:Process and enter vendor invoicesMatch invoices with purchase orders/receiving docsPrepare and process payments (checks, ACH, etc.)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issuesMaintain accurate records and support month-end closeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred1–2 years AP or accounting experience (dealership experience a plus)Proficiency with Excel; CDK experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhy DeMontrond?Family-owned, stable company with over 70 years in businessSupportive team environmentCompetitive pay and benefitsEqual Opportunity Employer Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
