Streamline Invoices: Acquire, verify, and process incoming vendor invoices with speed and numerical accuracy.
Master Matching Workflows: Match purchase orders to invoices, resolving discrepancies to safeguard accounting records.
Support Supplier Partnerships: Address vendor payment inquiries through clear, proactive communication that builds lasting trust.
Reconcile Accounts: Perform basic account and statement reconciliations, strengthening your grasp of general ledger cycles.
Qualifications & Core Competencies Foundational Background: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or a related field is a welcome plus.
Accounting Concepts: Solid grasp of basic accounting principles and standard invoice lifecycles.
Software Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas) and comfort learning purchase order systems.
Data Management: Dependable data entry skills and a focus on numerical accuracy.
