You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and resolving any payment discrepancies. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our finance department.Primary DutiesProcessing invoicesRecord incoming paymentsAssist with Contract processingAssist with Bank ReconciliationProcess General Ledger EntriesMaintain up-to-date customer records with accurate billing and contact informationServe as support role to other members of the accounting departmentPerform other duties as assignedBackgroundBachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or in business-related field or equivalent experienceBackground in Microsoft Office softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to handle interactions with customersFamiliarity with accounting softwareProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to handle confidential informationAbility to work independently, as well as in a team environmentFisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are a drug-free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
