Accounts Payable ClerkJetro Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing incoming invoices with accuracy and in compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in ensuring all bills are processed daily and paid within established terms to maintain positive vendor relationships. Effective communication with vendors via phone and email is essential, along with the ability to gather required documentation and research any discrepancies or short payments.Key Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in compliance with company policiesEnsure timely and accurate payment of invoices to maintain vendor relationshipsCommunicate with vendors via email and phone regarding invoices, payments, and discrepanciesObtain and organize necessary documentation to process invoicesResearch and resolve short payments or invoice discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactionsCollaborate with internal departments as needed to ensure proper invoice processingBasic Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related fieldStrong attention to detail with the ability to process invoices accuratelySolid understanding of accounts payable principles and practicesProficiency in data entry and MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
