Accounts Payable CoordinatorIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the Finance Department by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role is responsible for maintaining organized financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and proper authorizationMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentationEnter accounts payable transactions into the Workday financial systemPrepare and assist with payment runs in accordance with established schedulesReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerRespond to vendor inquiries and support the maintenance of positive vendor relationshipsAssist with month-end closing activities and reporting as neededEnsure compliance with internal controls, hospital policies, and applicable regulationsMaintain accurate and well-organized accounts payable records and documentationEducation & ExperienceAssociate's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1–2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred. Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment a plus. Experience with ERP or accounting systems required (Workday preferred).Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
