Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:
Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
Manage, mentor, and develop AP staff.
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments.
Maintain AP controls and compliance standards.
Support month-end close and reporting activities.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager:
5-10 years of Accounts Payable experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and best practices.
Experience managing high-volume Accounts Payable operations.
Proven experience leading and developing accounting support teams.
