Accounts Payable Manager

Target Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
Location: Greenfield, IN (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, approvals, and payment cycles.
• Manage vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Review AP reconciliations, aging reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities, audits, and AP process documentation.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an Accounts Payable team.
• Experience in a high-volume AP environment.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with AP/ERP systems.
