From new & used material handling equipment, service and training to robotics & automation, overhead cranes & hoists, power systems, railcar movers, storage solutions, complete engineered systems and more, Wolter is focused on improving operational productivity for its customers.Position responsibilities:Store incoming invoices arriving via mail and e-mail into our document management system and apply correct location/department for distributionProcess invoices for payment Manual entry of Non-PO invoices using G/L codes assigned by intercompany personnelElectronic 3-way PO invoice matching in business systemReview monthly statements as time permitsPerform additional accounts payable tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or A/P leadEssential skills and experience:Detail-orientedStrong organizational skillsBasic math skillsHigh volume data entry or A/P processing experienceWindows based computer skillsExcel (basic)Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
