Accounts Payable/Purchasing AssistantOne Hour Heating & Air Conditioning an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is seeking an Accounts Payable/Purchasing Assistant for our Cincinnati, OH office. This position will complete general accounts payable functions, general purchasing functions, some inventory functions, communications with vendors and technicians and other accounting and business-related duties.Key Responsibilities:Verify PO's for appropriate GL accounts, Review for price accuracy and resolve variancesPost Vendor Invoices and Process all Non-PO invoicesMaintain Filing, Scanning & AP Document RetentionReview Vendor StatementsFind discrepancies and work with corporate AP to resolve in a timely fashionMaintain vendor relationships and Update vendor changesProcess End-of-Month Open PO's, canceled orders, and back-ordersOther Accounting Duties as AssignedParticipate in all Company TrainingQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience with AP accounting or experience with similar accounting functionsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication & problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office 365 primarily Word, Excel & Outlook, general computer functionsAbility to function well independently and in a team-oriented environmentReliable transportationHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
