Job Full Description
Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a General Accountant to support its U.S. operations while working closely with the Finance and Accounting team in Italy.
Salary: $70,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift
Training: Initial in-person training in Italy
Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and cash collections
Process Accounts Payable invoices and support payment scheduling
Serve as a key liaison between U.S. customers/suppliers and the Accounting team in Italy
Provide administrative support to the General Manager
Assist with HR and payroll-related activities
Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations
Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
High School Diploma required; additional accounting education is a plus
Italian language skills are preferred but not required
