Salary/Hourly Rate
$26/hr - $28/hr
Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
This role requires 3-5 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience and offers the opportunity to grow into a more general accounting position over time.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist
Match, batch, code, and enter invoices.
Work with purchase orders and related documentation.
Research and resolve accounts payable issues with customers and vendors.
Update and reconcile the accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Manage high-volume accounts payable processing and related activities.
Required Experience/Skills For The Accounts Payable Specialist
3-5 years of comprehensive accounts payable experience.
Experience working in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
Working knowledge of purchase orders.
Experience researching and resolving vendor and customer payment issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently.
Experience with ERP and accounting software.
Strong Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Education Requirements
Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent professional experience. xzgxqkn
