Job description
Accounts Payable IIWe're looking for an Accounts Payable II / Payments & Reporting Specialist with 3-6 years of experience in payments, financial operations, contracting, or data analysis. This role focuses on fee and rebate processing, contract review, financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.What You'll Do:Process and manage fees and rebates accurately and on timeReview contract terms for new and renewed agreementsAnalyze financial and payment data and resolve discrepanciesCreate, review, and distribute reportsCollaborate with Account Management and Contract Development teamsMaintain accurate data and ensure compliance with business requirementsIdentify process improvements and support SOP updatesManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUse Excel and reporting tools to analyze complex financial dataWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field3-6 years of relevant experienceAdvanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and reportingStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work with complex data and meet deadlinesExperience with Model N, SAP, Shift, RMUS, Power BI, or Sapphire is a plusTop performers will be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across teams while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 (Onsite)Pay: $30 - $32/hour.If you have an interest in the Accounts Payable II, please apply now!
