Job description
Role : Accounts Payable Specialist
Pay: $35 - $40 / hour, depending on experience
Location: San Jose, CA
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Global Public Bay Area based tech manufacturing company seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to process approximately 600 invoices per month in a large team environment and assist with expense report processing.
This role requires full cycle AP experience and 3 way matching in a large public company environment. This contract role is expected to last a minimum of 6-8 weeks with the potential to extend longer. This is a fully onsite role working 5 days per week in the San Jose office.
Requirements:
3+ years experience full cycle AP experience and 3-way matching in a large public company environment.
Experience processing high-volume expense reports.
Ability to work onsite in San Jose 5 days per week.
Large ERP systems experience is preferred (SAP, Oracle or similar).
