Accounts Payable SpecialistNew York, New York, United States$ 65,000.00 - 75,000.00 (US Dollar)About the Job Accounts Payable SpecialistThe Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for booking and recording daily invoices expenses and managing monthly closings. This position will involve working and managing all out-going money transactions within the company.Principal AccountabilitiesProcess invoices daily to create Accounts PayableProcess weekly payment initiationResolve vendor and internal teams disputes and other issues relating to Accounts PayableMonthly closing and month-end reportsProvide support to management and teamSupporting the annual financial statement audit process and tax preparation processCarry out additional tasks as assignedQualification and ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred in accounting or related area such as finance.1~3 years of relevant experience in Accounts PayableExperience with computerized accounting software (SAP is a plus)Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external customersSkill SetsStrong written and oral communication skillsHigh attention to detailFluent in Korean and EnglishPersonal AttributesPassionate, honest, and consistent
