Accounts Payable Specialist /hr | Great Culture | Growing CompanyJob DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesPerform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Maintain and update vendor files, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation.Prepare and distribute customer statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Receive, review, and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Essential Skills1+ years of accounts payable experienceExperience with accounts payable, purchase orders, and customer statementsProficiency in invoice processing and vendor outreachAbility to perform three-way matchingAdditional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Oracle or large ERP systems is a plusExperience with AP automation tools is advantageousAbility to thrive in a high-volume environment, processing 150-200 invoices a dayJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
