Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Salary:
$58,240 - $72,800 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and code invoices, expenses, and supporting documentation.
Monitor AP workflows and shared inboxes to maintain efficient processing.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, coding issues, and vendor inquiries.
Support AP process enhancements, including automation and electronic invoice solutions.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of invoice coding, expense reporting, and AP processes.
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
Workday experience is strongly preferred.
