AP SpecialistPeak Utility Infrastructure is an integrated engineering and construction company that serves the Electric, Natural Gas, and Telecommunications industries. Powered by Care.Classification: Non-ExemptPay Range: $40+/hourEssential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Roles and Responsibilities:Scan service cards and upload to SharePoint/internal systems to close out work orderData entry – time and work completed into 2 proprietary systemsTrack and update non active work orders/spreadsheet and bill when they become activeMail out closed work orders once per weekSelf-audit for data entry errors dailyCommunicate with supervisors to resolve discrepanciesSuccess Factors:Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under time constraintsAbility to maintain confidentiality concerning company financial dataStrong interpersonal skills and solid team working abilitiesSound work ethics and flexibilityStrong decision making and analytical thinking abilityComplete knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise accounting softwareExperience and Education:Experience with enterprise accounting softwareAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basisAdditional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.Notes:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
