Accounts Payable Transformation LeadLocation: Milpitas, CA 11-month W-2 assignment with potential to extend Hybrid Schedule for local candidates, remote work might be considered Pay: $70-71 / HRAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Transformation Lead to support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, banking integrations, and payment process improvements. This role will work closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury, IT, implementation partners, and banking institutions to support testing, deployment, and stabilization of global payment processes.Responsibilities:Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, conversions, and payment-related initiatives.Support Host-to-Host banking integrations and electronic payment processing.Partner with Treasury, IT, and banking partners on payment file design, testing, and issue resolution.Support ACH, wire, SEPA, NEFT, BACS, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 payment processes.Participate in IST/UAT testing, data validation, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutover activities.Support post-go-live stabilization, business readiness, and user adoption.Collaborate with global Finance, Treasury, Procurement, IT, and Shared Services teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.7+ years of Accounts Payable experience with strong end-to-end AP and payment knowledge.Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP conversions, migrations, or finance transformation projects.Hands-on experience with Host-to-Host banking integrations and payment testing.Strong knowledge of electronic payments, including ACH, wire, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.Experience working with Treasury, IT, banking partners, and cross-functional teams.Experience with IST/UAT, change management, and business readiness activities.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
