Accounts Payables And Receivables SpecialistPatriot Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Payables and Receivables specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s payables and receivables processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.ResponsibilitiesManage and process accounts payable invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely paymentsTrack and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collectionsMaintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposesCommunicate with vendors and customers regarding payment status and discrepanciesPrepare financial reports related to payables and receivables as neededCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist in month-end and year-end closing processesRequirementsProven experience in accounts payable and receivable or a similar accounting roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentHealth and wellness benefits401KEmployee discounts on products and servicesAbout the CompanyPatriot Auto Group is a reputable automotive dealership group dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers in Oklahoma.
