Job Description
Employment Source is looking for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE to work (Full Time) in Billings.
Prior Accounts Receivable experience required.
Must be comfortable contacting customers regarding payment via phone or email and must possess exceptional customer service skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Post daily deposits
• Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
• Communicate with sales personnel about billing discrepancies and questions
• Engage management over any AR problems you encounter
• Initiate collections on past-due accounts
• Maintain accounting ledgers as required
• Routine file maintenance on accounts to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years’ experience in AR
• Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
• Experience with customer service and client communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced 10-key skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
• Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets
• Familiarity with accounting software programs
BENEFITS: Waiting period will apply
PAY RATE: $19 /hour (can be higher depending on experience)
SCHEDULE: Full Time
(Monday-Friday) 8-5pm
