Accounts Receivable ClerkWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team! This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.What We Offer:Work in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is a priority.Achieve your professional goals without sacrificing the balance between work and life.A comprehensive benefits package with options to choose what works best for you and your family.About the Role:As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you are responsible for:Customer Service.Working directly with Outside Sales Staff.Daily collection calls on assigned accounts.Monitoring customer accounts for Non-Payment, late payment, and other Irregularities.Researching and resolving payment discrepancies.Responding to customer questions and requests.Researching and processing charge backs, returns, and bad checks.Assisting with Lien filings and joint check agreements.Assisting with related special projects (as required).About You:The ideal candidate for this role will have:Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organization and time management skills.Experience working in JDEdwards.Ability to multi-task.At Least 1-2 years of related experience.Ready to apply?The process is simple.
