Job Description Required Skills Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use with customers and internal partners At least 2 years of experience working with automation Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Skills Ability to learn SAP, Winshuttle, and ServiceNow workflows. Role overview Support accounts receivable operations by processing ServiceNow tickets, preparing SAP bulk updates with Excel and Winshuttle, and entering approved manual adjustments. You'll also use AI tools to help automate repetitive AR tasks. Learn basic manual AR functions Interface with Service Now (SNOW) to retrieve tickets to be processed Use Excel templates to submit bulk update requests via SAP using Win shuttle Upload to system and respond to SNOW tickets Key manual adjustments into SAP, including write off adjustments that require packeting and approvals Use AI tools to automate above manual processes
