Accounts Receivable / Collections SpecialistEarthborne Trucks and Equipment is a family-owned and operated business celebrating 50 years of serving the construction and equipment industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated team members who want to be part of a company that values hard work, integrity, and long-term relationships with customers and employees.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our accounting team. This role may be either F/T or P/T, and is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Please reply with cover letter outlining salary expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and post customer payments including checks, ACH, and credit cardsGenerate and distribute customer invoices and statementsMonitor accounts to identify overdue balancesCommunicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangementsReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted forInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issuesWork closely with sales and service departments to ensure accurate billingPrepare aging reports and assist with monthly financial reportingMaintain organized financial records and documentationQualifications2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accountingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience in the construction, equipment, or service industry is a plusPlease reply with salary history and expectations.
