Accounts Receivable Financial Associate

Position Overview: Join a dedicated team focused on delivering compassionate and high-quality financial services within the healthcare sector. This role involves managing patient and client accounts by submitting claims to appropriate payers, reviewing daily receipts, and processing payments efficiently. Effective communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients through various channels is essential. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by the Patient Financial Services Manager.
Education: A high school diploma is required.
Experience and Skills: Familiarity with medical billing and collection practices is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and email communication is important. Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to learn new tasks and adapt quickly.
