Job description
HMSA Center in Hawaii seeks a billing specialist to independently process group and direct payments from walk-in members and groups, ensuring an exceptional HMSA Center experience. You will analyze inquiries related to billing and payments, respond quickly, and understand HMSA's systems and brand promise.
You will assist in bill production for subscribers and groups, perform reconciliations, process mailed payments and DPS, and help maintain efficient delinquency and cancellation processes.
