Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment applications, and account reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Assist with cash applications and maintain accurate customer account records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related questions and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile AR accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Ensure accounts receivable processes and documentation comply with applicable insurance requirements, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Maintain organized records and support process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow professionally.
