Job description
We are seeking an Accounts Associate to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting while gaining exposure to a variety of AR and AP transactional accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely
Manage accounts receivable balances and monitor aging accounts
Perform cash application and cash posting activities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
Support invoicing and billing functions
Provide accounts payable support as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
Experience with cash applications and payment processing
Exposure to invoicing and accounts payable functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
