Accounts Receivable Specialist Jacksonville, FLAccounts Receivable Specialist Jacksonville, FLSeveral prominent and successful companies in the Jacksonville, FL area are looking for Accounts Receivable Specialists for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.Responsibilities:Responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable duties including research and reconciliation of accountsProcess and enter daily cash receipts to credit/debit customer accounts accordinglyEnsure all payments are applied correctlyPrepare batches for posting to the general ledgerComplete account reconciliation on a monthly basisAssist collections team regarding payments, charge-backs, and balancesOther duties as assignedQualifications/Background Profile:Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field is preferred2+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume settingBasic knowledge of accountingExperience with lockbox processing and scanning checksKnowledge of Microsoft Office productsExperience with large ERP systems, i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP, Dynamics GP, CostpointStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking Place: Jacksonville, Florida, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
