Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a focus on cash application. This role will support the accurate and timely posting of customer payments, research unapplied cash, and help maintain the integrity of receivables records. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPost customer payments received through various channelsApply cash accurately to customer accounts and open invoicesResearch and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepanciesReconcile daily cash activity and support account balancingCommunicate with internal teams regarding payment issuesMaintain accurate customer account recordsAssist with account reconciliations and reportingSupport month-end close and audit requests related to receivables
