AR Specialist (43170)
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area looking for an AR Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, who is independent, and organized. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $29/hr.
The AR Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage recurring safety compliance tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.
Complete contractor prequalifications and maintain compliance platforms.
Track teammate training, certifications, licenses, and safety records.
Coordinate claims, drug testing, DOT filings, and fleet compliance.
Review fleet telematics and assist with related questions and issues.
Apply customer payments, research discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.
Monitor receivables, resolve billing issues, and process lien waivers.
The AR Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years of safety, HR, compliance, or AR experience.
Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements.
Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms.
Construction billing and collections experience.
Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and document systems.
