You'll be:Managing accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely entry of transactionsAnswering phones and providing professional customer service to clients and visitorsAssisting the Sales Department by greeting customers and supporting sales staff, especially on scheduled SaturdaysPerforming additional administrative or support tasks as needed to ensure business operations run smoothlyThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)Bring previous experience in accounts receivable, office administration, or similar roles (preferred)Are comfortable using accounting software (experience with Sage100 a plus)Have excellent communication and customer service skillsAre available to work the required schedule, including every other SaturdayCan adapt to various tasks and enjoy supporting multiple departments as neededOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
