Accounts Receivable/Billing SpecialistWe are recruiting for a local company looking for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk.Location: PensacolaPosition Type: Evaluation HirePay: 20+ DOESchedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 1 hour lunchResponsibilities:Invoicing-sales and service (confirming orders, adding freight, and verifying sales tax)Billing factories and applying credit for returns and rebatesEmailing and uploading invoices into external customer portalsCommunicating with customersCollectionsPreparing deposits (checks) and uploading into external bank siteSetting up EFT and wire paymentsRunning credit card paymentsMaintaining up-to-date credit applicationsEntering and maintaining customer sales tax exemption certificates in automated tax softwareMaintaining organized and accurate records through filing and reportingMonthly close-out of ARVarious related duties that fall under AR/InvoicingQualifications:InvoicingBillingAccounts ReceivableEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Highschool Diploma or EquivalentWays to Apply:Call our office for an immediate phone interview todayAbout Express Employment Professionals:Express can help you find the type of job that is a perfect fit for your needs and abilities, and you'll never pay a fee for our services and support.
