Job description
Provides shift and departmental leadership for an acute-care-for-the-elderly medical unit while working scheduled bedside RN shifts. Oversees staffing, resources, staff development, and patient placement, and delivers evidence-based nursing care to older adults in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
