ACI MTS Product Consultant

Job description

We are seeking a Product Consultant  with strong hands-on experience in ACI MTS  implementations and payment modernization. The role will support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end ACI MTS implementations .

Analyze business requirements and map them to MTS product capabilities.

Support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare  activities.

Develop implementation plans, migration strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.

Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive timely resolution.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, implementation plans, and operational documentation.

Provide MTS implementation expertise and best practices.

Required Skills

Proven hands-on experience with ACI MTS  product implementation.

Strong understanding of payment processing and payment modernization .

Experience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall  environments.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with ACI UPF .

Experience with Real-Time Payment Systems (RTPS) .

Knowledge of ISO 20022  payment messaging standards.

Experience with ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, SEPA , or similar payment systems.

Understanding of payment workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.

Experience in banking and financial services payment operations.
