Job description
Magnolia Hospital in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist focused on inpatient medical oncology and internal medicine within an NCI-designated cancer center. You will deliver direct patient care, manage chemotherapy regimens, and address ITOX, renal/hepatic dosing, and anticoagulation needs as part of a rounded interdisciplinary team.
