Story Homes, a fast-growing wholesale investment brokerage in California, seeks an Acquisition Agent to prospect, negotiate, and acquire discounted off-market single-family homes. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration encouraged to accelerate learning and deal flow.
Responsibilities include daily prospecting, cold-calling, deal evaluation, and presenting all-cash offers, while building relationships with sellers, investors, agents and internal teams.
