Job description
Cornerstone is seeking an organized ACT Program Manager to lead the Assertive Community Treatment team in Maryland. You will supervise clinicians, provide clinical consultation, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices while delivering comprehensive services to individuals with severe mental illness.
Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, case management, therapy, and supports; monitoring productivity against targets; and maintaining regulatory compliance within budget.
