Job description
Southwest Network, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ACT Team) for our outpatient services in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on leading medical services for the ACT team, with a defined caseload and after-hours coverage as part of the team-based care model.
You will perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, manage medications (including clozapine and LAIs), and may integrate brief therapy to maximize outcomes. Collaboration with primary care and other teams is essential.
